I recently received a little shower soap from Bomb Cosmetics as a gift. The soap was in the scent ‘shower flower’ and was £3.99.
I must be honest, I wasn’t fussed on this product. The scent is subtle when you wash with it, and after drying the skin just smells of generic soap. I mean, you smell clean but for a product which contains essential oils you’d expect a nice scent afterwards. The shape of the product also annoyed me, I felt that the edges of the soap hurt my hand while I was trying to hold onto it, I would have preferred a round shaped soap. Additionally I would have preferred a thicker surrounding sponge, something with a bit more substance so I felt like it actually had a point. Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy using the shower soap, which is disappointing, but I do like Bomb Cosmetics. Their little bath bombs are so adorable and make perfect gifts (I wish I could use them myself but I don’t have a bath!). There’s also a few of their products which I would love to try soon; the blackcurrant body polish, pineapple body butter, rose revolution body butter, aloha wave face cream, French kiss clay mask, petal perfect face wash, blackcurrant cleansing shower butter, mint choc chip cleansing shower butter, blackberry sour scoopable shower gel and the exceedingly good shower gel. The prices for each of these products is either £7.99 or £8.99 so the value is okay, but as I haven’t tried any of these products I can’t recommend them.
