Spicy sweet and sour tofu

Evening all,

Today I’ve just been absolutely exhausted. I woke up with terrible anxiety and an unending pain in my chest from palpitations. None of my techniques have worked so I’ve been stuck with it. I’ve got a few things done in the house but not as much as I wanted but I’m trying not to beat myself up about it. I just hope that it goes away soon.

Today I have a review of a sauce that I used to make a stir fry, it’s the spicy sweet and sour sauce from Sainsbury’s. This is a rather large jar which allowed me to make two portions of stir fry so I was very happy about that. I love sweet and sour sauce, it’s probably my favourite accompaniment to tofu. This was also the first time I’ve prepared frozen tofu, ¬†I usually just flatten it with books to drain the water.

Graze Wednesdays part ten (final)

Morning everyone,

I didn’t have much sleep last night, the police were around pretty late because someone smashed the windows of my neighbours car. Well I’m up early now for counselling and visiting family so I thought I’d post an early Graze review, this is the tenth review I’ve done and it’s the last one.

In this box I had Brooklyn Bites, The British BBQ, Fruity Mango Chutney and Sweet and Salty Kern Pops.

Tesco Mexican bean burgers

Evening everyone,

How’s your day been? I’m currently waiting for the BBC Adele special to start so I thought I’d post a blog. Today I’m going to review Tesco’s meat free Mexican style bean burgers.

I have now eaten these burgers several times, on their own, with chips and also in buns with either Violife slices or sweet chilli sauce. They are really nice, spicy flavour, crispy on the outside with plenty of beans and veg inside.
