Perkier goji and cranberry bar review

Hi everyone,

Today is my last day off before I’m back at work and back doing long shifts *sad face*. I’ve finally been to the dentist to have a filling put in and found out that it wasn’t part of my tooth that fell out, it was an old white filling, so not so bad. I also managed to pick up the only VBites party pack that I’ve seen since Christmas and I’m so excited to devour it.

Today’s review will be on the goji and cranberry bar from Perkier.

I reviewed another of Perkier’s bars previously really liked it (you can find the review here) so I decided to try another of their range. Like last time the bar is full of antioxidants, fibre, protein, vitamins, copper and omega 3. They are vegan and also gluten free. The bar smells fruity and sweet and you can see the large bits of berries throughout. They are softer to bite into than they look and they aren’t too crunchy. You get a tangy sweetness from the fruit which is delicious and reminds me of summer. Finally, the bar is very light despite it’s thickness. I loved eating this and would definitely buy it again. I paid 75p for the 35g bar, which is excellent value.

Ingredients: Seeds (Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Linseeds, Chia), Dates (Dates, Rice Flour), Cranberries (13%) (Cranberries, Pineapple Syrup, Pineapple Juice Concentrate, Sunflower Oil), Cassava Syrup, Brown Rice Syrup, Soya Crunchies (Soy Protein, Tapioca Starch, Salt), Quinoa (6%), Date Syrup, Goji Berries (4%), Sunflower Oil, Natural Flavouring.

I hope you are having a great week,
