Nakd bars review

Hey everyone,

It’s Sunday, and my second day off of the week. Yesterday’s shift felt like it lasted for forever but I finally have a chance to catch up on things at home.

Today I have another Nakd bar review for you.

I have reviewed a few of these bars now, you can find the reviews herehere, and here.

This time I bought the cocoa mint, caffe mocha, and rhubarb and custard bars.

The mint bar gave off an instant chocolate scent and taste, but my mouth couldn’t get to grips with the mint taste, or the tingles it left on my tongue. With the flavours combined it tasted almost gone off and I couldn’t finish the bar. This is probably my least favourite Nakd bar of the range.

Ingredients: Dates (48%), Cashews (29%), Raisins (17%), Cocoa (6%), a hint of natural flavouring.

The coffee bar had an instant coffee smell and the taste reminded me of coffee flavoured jelly beans rather than proper coffee. It was okay and the coffee taste lessened as I finished the bar, giving me more of the fruit taste. I’m not sure if I’d eat this one again.

Ingredients: Dates (55%), Cashews (26%), Raisins (12%), Cocoa (6%) and a hint of natural flavouring.

Finally, the rhubarb and custard flavour was sweet and delicious and I was surprised at how authentic it tasted. I loved this bar and it may be my favourite Nakd bar of all.

Ingredients: Dates (55%), Cashews (25%), Raisins (19%) and a hint of natural flavouring.

I purchased all three of these bars for 99p each at a Costcutter.

Hope you’ve had a great weekend, let me know what your favourite Nakd bar is below.
