Gosh! bakes review

Hi everyone,

I’ve just spent today at home, recovering from my night shift and cleaning, I’m so excited that I only have one week left in work before my holiday and that Swansea vegan festival is only a week away!

Today I am reviewing the Gosh! Mixed seed quinoa, carrot and coriander bakes.

I don’t know why but I envisioned these being some sort of kiev type product but they didn’t have a melting centre. The outside was crispy with quinoa and seeds and inside was a soft minted pea centre. I’m not going to lie, they were delicious. I had some with cauliflower rice and I was happy eating them in separate meals, I didn’t feel like I needed to eat them both at the same time. They are full of vegetables and good ingredients, with no processed rubbish which you usually find in such products. I would definitely recommend these because they are really nice, and I think they’d be perfect with a roast. I paid £2.50 for the pack of two at Tesco.

Ingredients: Carrot (28%), Sweet Potato, Pea and Mint Centre (20%) (Peas, Water, Citrus Fibre, Rapeseed Oil, Mint, Parsley, Lemon Juice, Seasoning), Quinoa (11%), Pumpkin Seed (6%), Linseed (6%), Potato Flake, Coriander (3%), Chia Seed (3%), Flax Seed (3%), Curly Kale, Parsley, Garlic Puree, Maple Syrup, Lemon Juice, Salt, Black Pepper.

How’s your weekend going? I hope it’s a good one (p.s. one week til Swansea VegFest!)
