Hi everyone, I hope you’re having a great start to the week. As I sit here on Sunday evening and finish off this post I am wishing that I could start the weekend over again. I feel like my superpower (or supercurse) is that I could sleep for an entire day and still feel utterly exhausted the next day. Oh well, bring on the end of the day, maybe I’ll sneak a nap in when I get home 😉
As this goes live I am having a nap because I am working from 9pm tonight til 7:30am tomorrow morning. It’s a killer shift made worse by having another long shift on Tuesday. I’m sure I’ll make it through somehow and at least I can sleep when I get home.
Today’s review is on Linda McCartney’s red onion and rosemary sausage plaits.
I forgot to say that I wouldn’t be posting a book review for March, I had been having problems with my vision, especially with reading on the bus and I didn’t enjoy feeling queasy. I am happy to report that the issue is now over and I am reading again, hopefully I will make my way through a couple of books so I can review them at the end of the month.
Right now I am working an 11 hour shift, on a Friday, and I am doing the same on Sunday. Nightmare. I am also trying to book house viewings for my day off on Saturday, hopefully we find something we like and those plans can be set in motion, very exciting.
Anyway, on to today’s review, Linda McCartney’s country pies.
It’s Wednesday, the week is half way over!
Today I’m going to review the Linda McCartney sausage rolls.
